In this interactive session, we'll delve into the importance of authenticity and courage in promoting wellbeing and how change starts at the personal level. We'll discuss how a culture of wellbeing can become sustainable as it expands from the individual to the organizational and community levels, offering first steps for each leader.

Participants will connect and create action plans to design, build, and live the four dimensions of wellbeing in an integrated manner. The objective is to foster strength in all dimensions, leverage individual and team strengths, and construct accountability blueprints that transform ideas into inspired actions.
